Sara Ali Khan recalls Saif-Kareena's wedding & how her mother reacted

Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh's daughter Sara Ali Khan made a grand debut in Bollywood last year with Abhishek Kapoor's 'Kedarnath'. The actress who recently won the IIFA award for the best debut female is already two films old and is currently having a couple of films in the pipeline for release. Sara Ali Khan who has previously expressed her admiration for father Saif Ali Khan's second wife Kareena Kapoor Khan recalled their wedding in a recent interview.

As per media reports, she said that her mother Amrita Singh wanted her to wear the most beautiful lehenga at her father's second wedding. Speaking to Hello magazine, in the cover of which, she featured recently, Sara Ali Khan reportedly said, ‘When my father got married to Kareena, I remember going to the locker with my mother and taking out jewelry and saying which jhumkas should I wear? She called Abu and Sandeep and said, ‘Saif is getting married and I want Sara to have the most beautiful lehenga’’

Sara Ali Khan talks about her equation with Kareena Kapoor Khan

Bollywood actress Sara Ali Khan on several occasions previously has opened up about her equation with Kareena Kapoor Khan. The actress who claims to be a huge admirer of Kareena Kapoor Khan's 'K3G' character Pooh, said that Kareena is her friend and her father's wife. The Bollywood divas are also often spotted hanging out together with family.

On the professional front, Sara Ali Khan recently wrapped up shooting for Imtiaz Ali's 'Aaj Kal' where she will be seen starring opposite rumoured boyfriend Kartik Aaryan. Meanwhile, Sara Ali Khan is currently busy shooting for 'Coolie No. 1' opposite Varun Dhawan. Both the films are slated for 2020 release.
