Actor Ishan Khatter shares half-brother Shahid Kapoor's important advice to him on acting. The actor is recently working on an upcoming film Khaali Peeli.

Ishaan Khatter, the younger half-brother of superstar Shahid Kapoor, was last seen in Karan Johar’s Dhadak. The film was released in 2018 and was directed by Shashank Khaitan. Ishan is a new-age actor who has earned fame at a very young age. He is the son of actor Rajesh Khattar and Neelima Azmi. Ishaan recently opened up on the advice which Shahid Kapoor gave him on acting while speaking at a recent film festival which was held in Mumbai.

The 23 years old actor revealed that his brother Shahid told him how the most crucial moment between the action and cut always belongs to the actor and everything seems secondary at that particular point of time. He added that the Kabir Singh actor explained every actor finds their honest moment in front of the camera at one point in their life. Ishaan even went on giving more important tips to the budding actors and audiences. As per him, sometimes what an actor conceives before shooting and what he portrays on screen is entirely different as the moment, environment and the surrounding make a barrier around the character. Ishan has also acted as a child artist in the 2005 movie Vaah! Life ho toh aise! along with brother Shahid Kapoor who was seen playing the lead role in the film. The film was directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.

Ishaan Khattar has been recently roped in for the movie Khaali Peeli opposite Ananya Pandey. He was last seen opposite Jhanvi Kapoor playing the main lead in the film Dhadak. The young actor even received the Filmfare award for The Best Actor debut in male. Meanwhile, Khaali Peeli has gone on the floors and is being directed by Maqbool Khan. The film is co-produced by Ali Abbas Zafar. It is slated to be released in 2020.
