Following the success of Tiger Shroff's 'Baaghi 2' fans have been eagerly waiting for the third installment of the film franchise. Recently, Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor who packed some powerful punches in her latest release 'Saaho,' kick-started shooting for the film on Thursday. The actress took to social media and shared a handwritten note penned by the film's producer Sajid Nadiadwala where he can be seen welcoming her back to the franchise.
"Dear Shraddha, You made all of us go Cham Cham! Welcome back to the third phase of Baaghi franchise. We can't wait to see you back in action!" the post read.
"Wishing you all the love and luck on kickstarting this journey today! Love," Sajid Nadiadwala wrote further, confirming that the film goes on floors on Thursday, September 12.
Shraddha Kapoor will be returning to the 'Baaghi' franchise after her appearance in the first installment 'Baaghi', alongside Tiger Shroff. The second installment of the film starred Disha Patani alongside Tiger in the lead.
'Baaghi 3' is directed by Ahmed Khan and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under his banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The action thriller film features Ritesh Deshmukh alongside Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead. As per media reports, Shraddha Kapoor will be essaying the role of an air hostess in the film. Baaghi 3 is scheduled for release on 6 March 2020.
Meanwhile, speaking about Baaghi 3, Tiger Shroff in a previous interview had stated that the action is going to be a 'lot bigger' this time. Infusing excitement among his fans, the actor assures that the sequel is going to have a larger than life appearance as compared to the previous two films and that is why he has already begun prepping for his role.
Meanwhile, Shraddha Kapoor's latest outing 'Saaho' opened with a bang at the box office last month. The film which also stars Prabhas in the lead, released in three different languages and was pegged as the 'biggest action thriller of all times'. 'Saaho' features Prabhas as an outlaw and Shraddha Kapoor as a police officer. Besides the lead pair, the film stars Jackie Shroff, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Arun Vijay, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mahesh Manjrekar, Lal, Evelyn Sharma, among others. ‘Saaho’, produced by UV Creations, releases in Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam, while the Hindi version is presented by T-Series.
On the other hand, Shraddha Kapoor's 'Chhichhore' also released recently and was widely appreciated by the audience. The multi-starrer venture also featured Sushant Singh Rajput, Varun Sharma, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Naveen Polishetty, Tushar Pandey, Prateik Babbar, and Mohammad Samad, in the lead.
