Sooraj Pancholi to be in Satellite Shankar with a superstar

Sooraj Pancholi is an Indian actor who made his Bollywood debut in 2015 with the film Hero, along with Athiya Shetty. The film was produced by Salman Khan’s SKF production. The actor is now all set to be back on the big screen with his upcoming movie Satellite Shankar. After Hero, Satellite Shankar will be his second Bollywood movie. According to sources, a superstar will also have a cameo in the film. It is said that this superstar is none other than Salman Khan.

Directed by Irfan Kamal, Satellite Shankar also stars the South Indian actor Megha Akash. The film is her Bollywood debut. The film is financed by T-series and Cine 1 studios. It is produced by Shraddha Agrawal and Murad Khetani. Satellite Shankar is a heart-wrenching story of the Indian soldiers, which was important to be told, says actor Sooraj Pancholi. According to sources close to the film, Satellite Shankar has been shot across 10 states in India including Punjab, South, Himachal near China border and other parts as well. The actor’s social media accounts show that he has taken a lot of efforts to get into the real character of the Indian soldier. It is said that while preparing for the film, Sooraj has visited army camps to interact with real-life Indian soldiers. He has tried to know their life deeply and to know the challenges they face while serving the nation. He visited their house, ate food and spent time with them. Reports say that the actor has decided to do a genuine gesture for the real army camp he visited by donating some amount of his earnings to the family of these jawans. This deed is aimed in honour of the struggle they face while protecting us, the citizens of the country.

After wrapping up the shoot of Satellite Shankar, he took to his Twitter handle to express his happiness of being a part of this film. The tweet reads,

Megha Akash has started her career in 2017 from her Telugu film Lie but she has since transitioned a lot. She is now managing herself to set a grand entry in Hindi film industry with her upcoming film, Satellite Shankar. The film is set to hit the screens on October 11, 2019.
