Sushant Singh Rajput and Sara Ali Khan made headlines earlier this year when their film 'Kedarnath' hit the ticketing counters. The film was based on the 2013 Uttarkhand floods and gained good reviews from audiences as well as critics.

Trouble in paradise? 

However, a few months after its release, news surfaced that the duo's friendship had hit a rough patch and that Sushant Singh Rajput had also unfollowed Sara Ali Khan on Instagram. And now reports claim that Sushant Singh Rajput has refused a work project with Sara Ali Khan, and in no mood to pair up with her.

Sushant and Sara Ali Khan's personal front: 

Sushant Singh Rajput is currently making headlines over his alleged affair with Rhea Chakraborty. Speculations were rife that the two are pondering over tying the knot and now the 'Kedarnath' actor has finally broken silence on the matter. In an interview with a leading media publication, Sushant was asked if something was brewing between him and Rhea Chakraborty, to which he coyly smiled and stated that it was all a 'rumour'. He also went to add that he has stopped reading these rumours about him.

Sara Ali Khan, on the other hand, is sending social media into a tizzy with every picture of her and Kartik Aaryan that surfaces. On the occasion of Sara's birthday, Kartik Aaryan flew to Bangkok and also shared a love-filled post with his 'princess'. Previously in June, when Sara and Kartik were shooting for 'Love Aaj Kal 2', the duo was spotted celebrating Eid together. The 'Pyaar Ka Punchnama' actor shared an eye-grabbing picture with Sara where they can be seen standing amidst the public celebration of the festival.

On the professional front: 

Sushant Singh Rajput's 'Chhichore' just released on Friday and has gained good reviews from audiences and critics. He also has 'Dil Bechara' and 'Drive' in the pipeline. Sara Ali Khan, on the other hand, will be seen in 'Love Aaj Kal 2', and 'Coolie No.1' alongside Varun Dhawan.
