Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu, who is experiencing a career high, recently bought a team in the Premier Badminton League. She bought the Pune team and has named it as '7 Aces Pune'. Film critic and trade analyst Taran Adarsh, shared a video of Taapsee Panuu doing a shoot for the same. With Taapsee Pannu co-owning the Pune team, a total of nine teams will be competing in the upcoming season. The fifth season of PBL will take place from December 22 to January 13, with the opening ceremony to be held in Mumbai. The players auction will be held on Monday.This will be the second time that a Pune-based franchise would be part of the badminton league. In the inaugural edition, called the Indian Badminton League, the team was owned by Dabur Group promoters Mohit Burman and was named Pune Piston.

Meanwhile, Taapsee Pannu was last seen in the film 'Mannmarziyaan' alongside Vicky Kaushal and Abhishek Bachchan. She will next be seen in Sujoy Ghosh's 'Badla' alongside Amitabh Bachchan.
