The movie The Sky Is Pink is set to hit theatres in India on Friday, October 11. The movie premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 13. The movie is directed by Shonali Bose and stars Priyanka Chopra, Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in lead roles. Zaira, who will be featuring in her last Hindi film, plays the role of a teenage girl who suffers from a serious illness.

The official trailer of The Sky Is Pink was released by RSVP Movies on September 10, 2019. It is an intense story of a teenage daughter who is diagnosed with an illness called pulmonary fibrosis. Zaira's character is based on the late Aisha Chaudhary, making her role the most central in the film. Chaudhary was a motivational speaker who had also written an amazing book titled 'y Little Epiphanies
