The Sky is Pink: Is the Priyanka-Farhan starrer a romantic drama?

The Sky is Pink, starring Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar is a romantic-drama directed by Shonali Bose. Siddharth Roy Kapur produces the film in collaboration with Priyanka Chopra’s Purple Pebble Pictures. The plot of the movie revolves around the real-life story of Aisha Chaudhary, who became a motivational speaker at the age of 13. Zaira Wasim plays the character of Aisha Chaudhary.

The trailer of the movie is heart-wrenching and full of emotions. Zaira Wasim, who is playing Aisha, is diagnosed with a medical condition called pulmonary fibrosis. Aisha (Zaira Wasim), the teenage daughter will be seen telling the story of her parents, Aditi (Priyanka Chopra) and Niren (Farhan Akhtar) in the movie.

Zaira Wassim will be seen for the last time on the big screen as she has decided to quit acting for good. Rohit Saraf will be playing the role of Zaira’s brother and will share only limited time on the screen.
