The Zoya Factor: Sonam and Dulquer romance on new song 'Kaash'

The Zoya Factor's new romantic song 'Kaash' sung by Arijit Singh and Alyssa Mendonsa is out. The Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan starrer, The Zoya Factor, is about to release on the 20^th September 2019. The second song from the movie ‘Kaash’ came out a few days back. While the first song ‘Lucky Charm’ is an upbeat single, Kaash brings forward romantic tones. Watch the song here:

The video shows Dulquer and Sonam romancing. The video gives a peek into how their romance will begin in the movie. Dulquer is essaying the role of the captain of the Indian cricket team. Dulquer can be seen doing a photoshoot along with his teammates while Sonam is looking at him dreamy-eyed. Dulquer and Sonam can also be seen eating Dairy Milk in the song. The song is composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy. Amitabh Bhattacharya has penned the beautiful lyrics of the song. The melodious voices of Arijit Singh and Alyssa Mendonsa make the song a listener's delight. Alyssa Mendonsa is popularly known for her songs like Uff Teri Adaa.

Two more songs of the movie have been released. The first is

, which runs at the background of the trailer. Lucky Charm is sung by Raghuvir Yadav and Shankar Mahadevan. The other song is a dance number named by Benny Dayal. The idea behind this song could be based on the fact that the song Coca Cola from the Kartik Aaryan starrer Luka Chuppi was a hit with the audience.

The movie is based on a novel with the same title by Anuja Chauhan. The book was released in 2005. Sonam is playing the character of Zoya Solanki, who works at an ad agency. During a project with the Indian cricket team, Zoya meets Nikhil Khoda played by Dulquer Salmaan. Sonam is supposed to a lucky charm for the team as they win each match played on the day she has breakfast with them. Then the further events unfold. Watch the trailer here:
