Raman Raghav 2.0 is another film where Vicky Kaushal essayed the role of a policeman ‘Raghav.’ He was seen alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The action drama was critically acclaimed but performed averagely at the Box Office, according to trade reports. In the film, Vicky was seen struggling with his familiarities with a murderer, which results in gruelling scenes between the antagonist and the protagonist.

Uri: The Surgical Strike

According to multiple trade reports, one of the most successful films of Vicky Kaushal was Uri: The Surgical Strike. The film saw Kaushal take the avatar of Major Vihan Singh Shergill. Vicky’s career took a hike after his portrayal of intense combat scenes and precise dialogue deliveries in the film. The 2019 hit was directed by Aditya Dhar.

Vicky Kaushal will be seen in another action film 'in and as' Sardar Udham Singh. The theme of the film is similar to Uri, as it is a take on patriotism and sacrifices for the country. The Shoojit Sircar directorial is in the production stage, and the release date of the film is under wraps. The film is based on freedom fighter, Sardar Udham Singh, who assassinated Michael O'Dwyer, the former Lieutenant Governor of Punjab in British India in 1940, to avenge the 1919 Jallianwala Bagh massacre. More action can be expected from the film.
