War (2019), is an action movie set to release later this year. The cast of War (2019) comprises of Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vaani Kapoor in the lead roles. Tiger Shroff and Hrithik Roshan are known for their intense workout regimes, but this time around, their co-actor Vaani Kapoor has also joined them to get in shape for the War movie. Pilates, diet, no cheat meals – how Vaani Kapoor prepared for her role in War (2019)

Vaani Kapoor, the actor who wowed the audience with her bikini body in the teaser and trailer of War movie (2019), said that she had to go through intense fitness regimes to get herself in shape for the role. The 30-year-old actor had to go through strenuous sessions of pilates, yoga and weight lifting in the gym. Not only did she undergo long fitness regimes, but she was also on a strict diet and was allowed no cheat meals in between. Vaani Kapoor took to Instagram to share her gruelling routines. She also thanked her fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwala for making her fit and ready for the role.

In a statement, Vaani said that she feels happy about seeing positive feedback for her work. She said she has worked a lot on herself to get the fitness levels she needed for the film. She also added that she was very excited about the project, and the director Siddharth Anand was clear about how he wanted her character to look. Vaani opened up saying the toughest part was the diet but that it was worth it.

Seeing Vaani Kapoor’s effort, Siddharth Anand, the director of War movie (2019) also praised her dedication, while speaking about her co-actors Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, and their fitness. The director of the movie, Siddharth Anand said that in War, they wanted to cast someone fit and stunning to complement the good looking co-actors in the movie; and he said that Vaani Kapoor seemed to fit the role perfectly.

Tiger and Hrithik’s upcoming movie War (2019) is scheduled to release on October 2, 2019. Hrithik Roshan was last seen in the 2019 movie Super 30, and his co-star Tiger Shroff last made his appearance on screen with the 2019 film Student of the Year 2. Vaani Kapoor is set to make a return to Bollywood with War movie (2019), she was last seen in the 2016 movie Befikre. The
