WATCH: 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' new song ‘Good Morning’ is a refreshing wake-up call

The makers of the much-anticipated romantic drama, 'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga' released a song from the film called 'Good Morning' on Tuesday, January 15. Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor took to Twitter and made the announcement of the release.   

The song featuring the lead actors Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Rajkummar Rao and Juhi Chawla is a wake-up call with a fresh beat. It centres around Rajkummar Rao who can be seen walking everyone in the house including Anil Kapoor. The entire family can be seen grooving to the catchy music of the song, as they all prepare for a stage drama called 'Ek Lardi Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga'.

Sharing the music video on Twitter, Sonam captioned the post saying, "Don’t just be in love, be woke. Listen to #GoodMorning now"

Previously, on January 8, makers had dropped the title track of the film. The song, which is a reprised version of the iconic '1942: A Love Story' song, features whirlwind chemistry between the lead characters. Later, again on  January 15 the second song of the film titled 'Ishq Mitha' surfaced on the internet. The song was a wedding number and was widely praised by the viewers.

The movie with the tagline which reads: 'The most unexpected romance of the year', is directed by Shelly Chopra Dhar and is produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra in association with Fox Star Studios. Besides the father-daughter duo, the film also stars Rajkummar Rao, Juhi Chawla, Abhishek Duhan, Seema Pahwa, Madhumalti and Brijendra Kala in the lead.

'Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga' is going to be the first film in which Anil Kapoor will be seen sharing screen space with his daughter Sonam Kapoor. It is all set to hit the theatres on February 1, 2019.
