As the trailer of Ranveer Singh's much-anticipated film, 'Simmba' released on Monday, December 3, all the stars involved in the film were present, which include Rohit Shetty, Sonu Sood, Sara Ali Khan and Karan Johar. While having a conversation with media, Sara Ali Khan who is all set to make her debut with another film 'Kedarnath' was asked about her chat with Karan Johar on the popular chat show, 'Koffee with Karan'. On the show, the young actress revealed that she would like to date Kartik Aaryan and marry Ranbir Kapoor. 

And so, when the media asked her how she would like to "encounter" Ranveer Singh, she jokingly says "Sir, his marriage is already done, and he's tied the knot, with quite a Tigeress, (hinting at Deepika Padukone) and so I will not say anything.. 'Shaadi Mubarak' Ranveer Sir" (sic)

At the same event, she also opened up about her Bollywood journey, she confessed that starting out she was nervous and that every day at work she was always on her toes because of it. She said, "Of course, there is nervousness but I feel like nervousness is more productive when you can do something about it. Which I have done I think as every day at work I was nervous."

However, she also added that now, she is just super excited to share her work with the audience. Speaking her heart out, she said, "Now I think I'm just so excited to finally just share both these films with everyone. Especially since they are coming so close and I'm really really excited now."

'Simmba' is a remake of 2015 Telugu film 'Temper'. It narrates the story of a corrupt cop Simmba who belongs to the same town of DCP Bajirao Singham, the character of Rohit Shetty's previous film franchise 'Singham'.

'Simmba' enjoys being a corrupt cop and takes full advantage of its lifestyle until one day his loved ones are abused. He eventually finds himself transforming and is forced to choose a more righteous path. The film is produced by Karan Johar under the banner of Dharma Productions and is all set to hit the theatres on December 28, 2018.
