Maine Pyaar Kyun Kia

Maine Pyaar Kyun Kia is a 2005 romantic-comedy movie directed by David Dhawan. This movie brought Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif on-screen for the first time. The movie starred Sushmita Sen, Sohail Khan, Arshad Warsi, Rajpal Yadav and Isha Koppikar in primary roles. The plot of the film revolves around the life of Samir (Salman Khan) who is a doctor in love with a model, Sonia (Katrina Kaif). Samir regrettably lies to Sonia that he is married and Sonia asks to meet his wife. Samir goes to his nurse Naina (Sushmita Sen) and asks her to pretend to be his wife in front of Sonia. The drama led to a series of errors with humour added to it.

Partner is a comedy-romantic movie inspired by the Hollywood movie Hitch. Partner got Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif together on the silver screen for the second time. However, they were not paired opposite each other in the movie. The movie was directed by David Dhawan in the year 2007. The story is based on the life of a Love Guru who helps other men to have a successful love life. The Love Guru falls in love with a single mother who has a son and becomes a part of a huge controversy. Salman Khan starrer Partner became the fouth-highest grossing movie of the year. The film also starred Govinda and Lara Dutta in significant roles.

Ek Tha Tiger

Ek Tha Tiger is a romantic-action-thriller directed by Kabir Khan and produced by Aditya Chopra. The movie proved to be the biggest hit of Katrina’s Bollywood career. The film not only portrayed Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif romancing each other but also had them perform actions scenes. The plot of the movie is based on an Indian spy Tiger and Pakistani spy Zoya, who happens to fall in love. Both are fighting with the world of espionage and intelligence because they believe falling in love with the enemy is unacceptable. The movie emerged to be the highest-grossing movie of the year 2012 and 25th highest-grossing movie of all the time.

Tiger Zinda Hai

Tiger Zinda Hai is a sequel of the movie Ek Tha Tiger, directed by Ali Abbas Zaffar in the year 2017. The movie is based on the 2014 abduction of nurses by ISIL (a terrorist organisation). The movie earned more than ₹ 5.65 billion at the box-office, making it be one of the highest-grossing Indian movies of all time. The film also starred Paresh Rawal, Sajjid Delfrooz, Angad Bedi, Ivan Rodrigues in supporting roles.
