Chadwick Boseman plays the role of an expertly trained NYPD detective in the film 21 Bridges. 21 Bridges has been directed by Brian Kirk and produced by the Avengers duo Anthony and Joe Russo. Chadwick Boseman’s character Andre Davis is on a city wide hunt for two cop killers. The cop killers seem to be on a killing spree which leads the NYPD to take some extreme measures. Andre Davis advised to shut down all the 21 bridges in New York that results in the city coming to a standstill. Davis and his team then start a city wide hunt for these cop killers. But Chadwick Boseman’s character Andre uncovers a conspiracy which brings him to a grey area that changes the course of the entire pursuit.
