"Ant-Man and the Wasp" star Evangeline Lilly surprised her fans by chopping off her hair and sharing the video of the same with her fans on social media. The 39-year-old actor took to her Instagram handle and posted 3 videos of cutting her hair and finally posting the final picture with her shaved head. One fan asked, "Is this for a role or just for fun?", and others praised her bold move by saying, "That's dope✨.... short hair= fun hair" (sic). Watch -

 

'Ant-Man 3' in the works with Peyton Reed returning as director

The third installment in the "Ant-Man" franchise is finally moving ahead with Peyton Reed returning as the director. Paul Rudd will be back as the titular superhero, and Evangeline Lilly and Michael Douglas are also expected to reprise their roles. According to Variety, the project, to be produced by Kevin Feige, will start filming by the end of 2020 and is likely to release in 2022.

Reed has also directed the first two installments -- "Ant-Man" and "Ant-Man and the Wasp". The film will also mark Rudd's fifth outing as the superhero, having previously donned the suit in two "Ant-Man" films, as well as in "Captain America: Civil War" and "Avengers: Endgame".

"Ant-Man and the Wasp" star Evangeline Lilly surprised her fans in India by posting a series of touristy photographs from around the monuments in Delhi. She shared snapshots from her tour to popular heritage sites such as Humayun's Tomb and Agrasen Ki Baoli at the heart of the capital city. She also shared a picture of her sitting on the stairs of the baoli, which she captioned as: "Who are you solitary woman? #delhi #newdelhi." 

In one of her Insta stories, Lilly shared a boomerang of her night-out in the city. The actor, who is known for playing Hope van Dyne aka the superhero Wasp in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, recently appeared in "Avengers: Endgame".
