Chris Hemsworth's trainer Luke reveals the actor's workout regime

Chris Hemsworth has gained a lot of fans with his marvellous acting in various movies. Thor is Hemsworth's most loved role where is played the character of a superhero. Other than his fabulous acting, fans also admired his superhero physique. While giving the credits to his personal trainer, the international star calls him the best trainer in the world. While talking to a news portal Chir Hemsworth's personal trainer, Luke Zocchi, revealed how one can attain a superhero physique like Thor. Here is what the celebrity trainer talked about attaining fitness like Chris.

Bodyweight training

According to Luke, all a person needs is the knowledge about using bodyweight for tuning one's muscles. Luke said he designed Chris' workouts as accessible as possible. Luke explained that his workouts contain everything from lunges to burpees, bear crawls and crunches. While speaking to the news portal, Zocchi mentioned that the best exercise for fat loss is bear crawls.

Twenty minutes workout

Luke Zocchi said that if a person aspires to have a body like Thor, one just needs 20 minutes daily to get that godly physique. An individual needs to dedicate three days in a week and 20 minutes workout, and results will gradually start to show.

Choose whole foods in the diet

As per the celebrity trainer, to be lean and fit counting kilojoules is something one must not do instead one must focus on whole foods. Eating more carbs on a workout day is important. However, eating high protein is advisable on non-workout days. He says that the diet plan he suggests to a celeb varies between three to seven meals a day. Luke Zucchi believes having a vegetable omelette, a lunch of roasted veggie salad and a dinner of grilled fish with rice and salad in the breakfast proves more efficient.
