Veteran Hollywood actor Danny Glover is all set to star alongside Dwayne Johnson, Kevin Hart, Awkwafina and Danny DeVito in the sequel of his upcoming fantasy-adventure film 'Jumanji'.
Johnson on Wednesday, January 16, welcomed the 'Lethal Weapon' actor to the cast of the Jake Kasdan's directorial venture. The wrestler turned actor, popularly known by ring name The Rock, penned a heartwarming note for Glover on social media and confirmed that he has joined the cast of the upcoming venture.
'The Rock' took to social media to share his excitement and wrote, "He ain't 'too old for this shit!' Welcome this OG legend and one of my action heroes, Danny Glover to our JUMANJI cast!! The magic of our JUMANJI Universe is 'who turns into who?' and I'm excited for our audience to join Danny and our entire cast on another wild and fun adventure."

Released in December 2017, 'Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle' earned USD 557 million worldwide. It is a sequel to the 1995 hit film 'Jumanji', starring Robin Williams.
Meanwhile, on the work front, the 'Skyscraper' actor will be next seen in 'Fighting with My Family' and 'Fast and Furious' spin-off venture 'Hobbs & Shaw'. Both the films are scheduled to release in 2019. Moreover, the actor has also completed shooting for adventure film 'Jungle Cruise' which is all set for a 2020 release.
