Justin Bieber sued for sharing paparazzi photo of himself on Instagram

Canadian singer Justin Bieber is being sued by a photographer named Robert Barbera for sharing his picture which was copyright-protected on his Instagram handle. The New-York based photographer has filed legal action against the singer-songwriter after he shared a photograph on the social media app, reported foreign media. Barbera in his lawsuit has alleged that the Let Me Love You singer used the photograph without seeking official permission from him. In the photo, Bieber can be seen in a car with his friend Rich Wilkerson in a grey t-shirt where he is seen to be coming out of the vehicle along with his buddy. Bieber posted a caption along with the picture saying 'me and my guy'.

He did not license the photograph

According to court documents, the photographer has said that the lawsuit was filed because of Bieber's "unauthorized reproduction and public display" of a copyrighted image. The rights of the photograph are registered under the photographer Barbera. "Barbera is the author of the Photograph and has at all times been the sole owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Photograph, including the copyright thereto," the documents stated. The documents further stated that the Sorry singer "did not license the photograph" from Barbera or took his consent to post on the photo-sharing app.

Bieber recently got married to Baldwin again

Bieber has recently been in the news recently as he and Hailey Baldwin got married again in a private ceremony for their family and friends on September 30 at a resort in South Carolina. As reported by foreign media, the sources close to the two said that the couple exchanged vows in a traditional ceremony which was attended by the parents of both and celebrities such as Ed Sheeran, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner, Ushar, Alec Baldwin.  As per reports, the bride Hailey wore a traditional white gown with a veil and Justin wore a stunning black tuxedo. They got married during the sunset in the resort in the presence of about 150 guests. After getting engaged in July last year, the couple got married legally last year in the month of September. Justin and Hailey met for the first time when they were in their early teens.
