Katy Perry celebrates birthday with Orlando Bloom in Egypt; see pics

The Fireworks singer Katy Pery and her fiancé actor Orlando Bloom were in Egypt to celebrate the singer's 35th birthday. The couple took to Instagram to share a few pictures of their memorable vacation to the mystic deserts. Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom went on a cruise along the Nile with a large group of friends.

Hearts full of love

Egypt is famous for its ancient civilisation and it's also a top destination for some of the world's most famous sights and monuments. The pictures shared by Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are captioned with their thoughts about the wonders of Egypt. The singer shared how she felt her heart as light as a feather on her birthday as the pictures show her standing in front of the Pyramids of Giza. Her husband-to-be wrote about the effect the Egyptian magic had on his heart as he posted a picture of him looking over at the Great Pyramids.

The couple has shared a few candid pictures, too, where both Perry and Bloom cannot seem to get enough of each other. The picture of them gazing into each other's eyes against the backdrop of the Egyptian sunset makes a stunning portrait. The trip to Egypt was a double celebration for Orlando Bloom as it was his fiancée's as well as his mother's birthday.

The couple got engaged on Valentine's Day this year. Soon after, in an interview with a popular international magazine, Katy Perry revealed that they are not in a rush to get married. However, about a month ago, an unnamed source had revealed that the couple is planning to tie the knot this December.
