Hart blamed for negligence

The car changed its direction off the road and the accident occurred on the Mulholland Highway, California. Black's fiancee Rebecca Brozterman was also present in the car at the backseat at the time of the crash. However, she did not suffer any major injury like the other two. Black and Brozterman blamed the Jumanji actor for negligence since his car did not have the accurate safety features in it.
