Kylie Jenne's absence from Paris throws Balmain into 'chaos mode'

Kylie Jenner was reported to attend the Balmain show and launch her makeup collab with Olivier however could not travel due to her illness.

Recently social media mogul Kylie Jenner posted on Twitter that she might not be able to attend the Paris Fashion Week sharing that she was hospitalised, leaving Balmain in utter chaos. Kylie Jenner was reported to attend the Balmain show and launch her makeup collab with Olivier. 

According to the reports, a reality TV star who featured in Keeping Up with the Kardashians was signed up by Balmain to serve as the art director of makeup. Jenner also had to walk down the ramp as the show’s stopper with Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing. The international media reports stated Kylie Jenner even had her seats reserved in the front row and that she had to apply makeup to the models at Friday’s show. The last-minute cancellation caused sudden hassle.

It was also reported that following Kylie's news, the Balmain staff had a meltdown, considering the fact that they were working with the social media star for the past year. It was also known that the set-up was worth millions of dollars. The entire team, however, was in utter chaos as the star for the evening abruptly canceled. According to the reports, the entire team was devastated and asked her to reconsider however, she did not turn up. The fashion insider reported that millions of dollars were spent on the products which were specially ordered to celebrate the launch of the collaboration.

Jenner's makeup collab with Olivier

Kylie Jenner tweeted that she was supposed to attend the event with Balmain and launch her makeup collab with Olivier, but she fell sick and could not travel. She wrote that she felt heartbroken as she might miss the event but has confidence in her team and friends who will support her during this event. She also said that she is proud of her collection and it's like a dream come true to work with Olivier.
