It’s over! After a wait of close to two years for the eight and the final season of ‘Game of Thrones’, the series has finally come to an end with a rollercoaster journey of six weeks, six episodes. The last two episodes, in particular, left the die-hard fans divided, but there’s no denying the fact ‘GoT’ was the lips and fingertips of most around the world. Not just the young and elderly, several popular brands and organisations had posted interesting references to the series over the course of the last six weeks. Even as the HBO show finally came to a conclusion on Sunday, its impact could be seen with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation using a ‘GoT’ reference to convey the message of refraining from sharing spoilers and being one too.
