Sarah Jessica Parker says she finds shopping anxiety-inducing

American actress Sarah Jessica Parker said that she sometimes feels anxious about shopping. The actor has played the role of Carrie Bradshaw who is a fashionista writer-columnist in the HBO series and said that she frequently gives a guess to her need to purchase more. She said that she is not crazy about shopping nor a crazy shopper. Parker added that she hadn't been to shopping for many years and said shopping sometimes gives her anxiety.

Always confused about buying something

Parker, while talking to an international radio show, said that she is always confused about buying something. She also confessed that she buys something and then wonders if she really needs that. She also added if that thing is going to look good on her in five years. Recalling about her Sex and The City character's shoe habit, the 54-year-old actor said Carrie had footwear fever. She added that she always said it is like a fever for her.

Parker said she thinks twice before spending

The actress added that she was not being judgemental but it was just one of her passions. She revealed that unlike her character in Sex and The City, she thinks twice before spending money on clothes. Parker hasn't completely distanced herself from the fashion world. She was in Australia to launch her own shoe brand,  SJP Collection. The actor has completely taken her designs for sale where they will be sold exclusively at David Jones stores. She launched the range in the US in 2014 and in the UK three years later.
