Evanescence is an American Rock band formed by singer and pianist Amy Lee and guitarist Ben Moody. The band has seen their lineup change many times over the course of their career. Their current lineup includes Amy Lee, Tim McCord, Will Hunt, Troy McLawhorn and Ben Majura. Their latest album Synthesis released in 2017 after a long hiatus. Here is a look at their top tracks.

1. Bring Me To Life

Bring Me To Life was released by Evanescence as part of their debut album Fallen. The song was written by group members Amy Lee, Ben Moody, and David Hodges. Bring Me To Life topped the Billboard Alternative Songs and Pop 100 charts while also peaking #5 on Billboard Hot 100. The song won Evanescence the Best Hard Rock Performance at the 46th Grammy Awards.

2. My Immortal

My Immortal was part of Evanescence’s debut album Fallen. The song was written by Amy Lee, Ben Moody, and David Hodges. The song peaked at #7 in the Billboard Hot 100 while topping the US Adult Pop Charts. My Immortal was a featured soundtrack in the 2003 film, Daredevil.

3. Call Me When You're Sober

Evanescence recorded Call Me When You’re Sober for their studio album The Open Door. The song was written by Amy Lee and Terry Balsamo. The song’s release was rescheduled after it was leaked on the internet. The song peaked at #10 in the US Billboard Hot 100 while also being in the Top 10 of Adult Pop Songs, Billboard’s Hot Modern Rock Tracks, while also peaking at #4 on UK Singles Charts.

4. What You Want

What You Want was released by Evanescence as part of their third eponymous album. The song was written by Amy Lee, Terry Balsamo, and Tim McCord. What You Want peaked at #68 on the Billboard Hot 100, while peaking at #7 on Billboard’s Mainstream Rock charts. It also topped the UK Rock charts.

5. Lost In Paradise

Evanescence released Lost in Paradise in their third self titled album Evanescence. The song was written by lead singer Amy Lee. The song was peaked at #9 in UK Rock Charts while debuting at #99 on the Billboard Hot 100. An alternative version makes an appearance in Evanescence's fourth album, Synthesis.
