Bollywood newbies Janhvi Kapoor and Ananya Panday attended the JIO MAMI Mumbai Film Festival on Sunday, October 13. The star kids who shot to fame immediately after their debut have millions of followers on social media. On the sidelines of the event, the actresses revealed whose social media account they are the most envious of.

Ananya Panday said that she is very impressed by Varun Dhawan's social media to handle. Further hailing Varun Dhawan, she said that the actor is effortlessly funny and that she aspires to be as funny as him. "Varun, he's funny, effortless. I aspire to be as funny as him. He posts everything and anything," Ananya Panday said.

On the other hand, talking about the same, Janhvi Kapoor revealed that she is a huge admirer of the Instagram handle 'The Avocado Show'. Describing it she said, "The Avocado Show is my favorite page. It's so pretty. I keep looking at the page and satisfy my hunger.

What's next for Janhvi Kapoor?

Janhvi Kapoor will essay the lead role in an upcoming venture titled 'Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl' which is based on the life of IAF officer Gunjan Saxena, who is one of the first female pilots to fly in combat. She played an important role in rescuing injured soldiers during the Kargil War in 1999 and was awarded the gallantry Shaurya Vir Award for displaying courage during the war. This is going to be the first time Janhvi Kapoor will be portraying a real-life person following her debut in 'Dhadak'. Directed by Sharan Sharma, 'The Kargil Girl' also stars Vineet Kumar Singh, Angad Bedi, and Manav Vij in pivotal roles. The upcoming biopic is jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Zee Studios and is set to hit theatres on March 13, 2020.

Moreover, Janhvi Kapoor is also roped for Karan Johar multi-starrer venture 'Takht' which is scheduled to go on floors in the coming year.

What's next for Ananya Panday?

On the work front, Ananya Panday who debut in the industry earlier this year with Karan Johar's 'Student of the Year 2' has been roped for a couple of more projects. She will be starring in 'Pati, Patni Aur Woh' alongside Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar. The film is an adaptation of the 1978 drama of the same name, which featured Sanjeev Kumar, Vidya Sinha, and Ranjeeta Kaur in the lead roles. The original one revolved around a married couple Ranjeet (Sanjeev) and Sharda (Vidya) and how things change after he gets involved with his secretary Nirmala (Ranjeeta). 

Meanwhile, Ananya Panday is also roped for an upcoming supernatural comedy thriller film 'Khaali Peeli' where she will be sharing screen space with Ishaan Khatter. Directed by Maqbool Khan and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar under the banner of Zee Studios.
