Another reason for the actor’s fans to be more excited is that the ‘Mersal’ star is also lending his voice for the sports-family drama. Much like how the first look of the movie had created a storm on Twitter, the news of Vijay taking on singing responsibilities left fans awestruck, making the hashtags related to the Tamil actor trend on social media.
Vijay recently recorded the track ‘Verithanam’ with the ‘Mozart of Madras’ himself. The pictures from the recording session immediately went viral on social media. The actor-composer duo are seen along with Atlee and lyricist Vivek, and even posed all smiles for the camera.
One of the producers of the film, Archana Kalpathi from AGS Cinemas, thanked the ‘Theri’ star for obliging to their request, while also conveying her gratitude to Rahman, Vivek and Atlee.
