KGF trailer: The Yash starrer is gritty, action-packed and guaranteed to give you goosebumps

Kannada film industry has produced many gems over the years. However, of late no other film from there seems to have as much excitement and build up as Yash starrer 'KGF'. Produced by actor Vishal and Vijay Kiragandur, this cross-industry film really has a lot of potential.

Kannada film industry has produced many gems over the years. However, of late no other film from there seems to have as much excitement and build up as Yash starrer KGF. Produced by actor Vishal and Vijay Kiragandur, this cross-industry film really has a lot of potential. Now, the trailer of the film has and it is unlike anything anyone has ever seen before from the Kannada film industry. The trailer shows Yash as a brave and strong headed man who wants the entire world to be his. In his conquest for domination, he stops at nothing to take down on his enemies and soon becomes a dreaded gangster. However, one day he gets a really hard task, to kill the owner of a mine, who is a bigshot. In order to do this task, he goes in as one of the workers and soon encounters his nemesis. The rest of the trailer is about how he stands against the strong enemy and brings about a revolution while fulfilling his prophecy for greatness.

The first thing that stands out about the trailer is the sheer staggering production value. Shot in sepia coloured frames, the set pieces are amazing and the amount of money that has gone behind this film can be appreciated. The fact that the makers are releasing the film in  Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Hindi, Chinese and Japanese other Kannada shows the confidence they have in the film. Yash is simply phenomenal as Rocky and seems to do justice to his part. So far, the trailer has been receiving rave reviews on social media with netizens going gaga due to the epic nature of it all. The influence of the film can really be appreciated with the fact that Farhan Akhtar unveiled the trailer's Hindi version on social media. 

Directed by Prashanth Neel, KGF is all set to release on December 21, 2018, which also happens to be the release date of Shah Rukh Khan's 'Zero'.
