Netflix which is coming up with and novel shows is really conquering the digital streaming platform. One of its new releases is the supernatural show 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina', which has been garnering a lot of attention. However, the show's makers have landed in trouble for this one very bizarre reason. The Satanic Temple of New York has hit the online streaming giant with a 150 million dollar lawsuit. The reason is the use of a goat-headed statue in the show, which it turns out is a deity for the Satanists. Claiming that it is an idol of Baphomet, the Temple officials claim that it was created to promote the value of the First Amendment. They also alleged the deity is being used to promote Satanism in a negative light and they do not condone the misuse of their idol.

The officials of the Temple also added that contrary to popular belief, their faith doesn't promote any violence and instead promotes benevolence and empathy for all. The co-founder of the organisation took to social to confirm that they have indeed taken the legal route. He wrote, ''Yes, we are taking legal action regarding #TheChillingAdventuresofSabrina appropriating our copyrighted monument design to promote their asinine Satanic Panic fiction.''

He also posted two pictures, one from the real statue at the temple and the other from the Netflix show, hence pointing out to the uncanny resemblance that has propagated all the trouble. Meanwhile both Neflix and Warner Bros, who are powering this show have refused to comment on the matter so far. 'Chilling Adventures of Sabrina' is a supernatural horror made by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa, which is based on the comic books of the same name. The season one of the show has been well received so far and a season 2 is definitely on the cards.
