Be it the phone call to Vidyut Jammwal about Tiger Shroff or claiming to love Naga Chaitanya more than Samantha Akkineni, Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘drunk’ tweets have often made headlines.  While they were in the form of audio and text respectively, the filmmaker has now shown in a video format how much he loves alcohol. RGV had a reason to celebrate, the impressive opening for Ram Pothineni’s 'iSmartShankar’ as he joined the team for the party, going inhibited with champagne.

The veteran director shared videos of the celebration where he is seen opening the champagne bottle to celebrate, but also spraying it all over, including on his head. 

In the caption, he clarified that he wasn’t mad and that director Puri Jagannadh and one of the producers, actress Charmee Kaur were to blame as he tightly hugs them while Ram looked on.

Even the lead actresses of the movie, Nidhhi Agerwal and Nabha Natesh were not allowed to go as champagne was sprayed on them too. 

The 'Rangeela' director's delight was with the Telugu movie earning Rs 25 crore plus in the first two days.
