Their famous beards and South connection are not just what binds Vijay Deverakonda and Yash; the two stars of their respective industries are good friends too. That’s the reason the latter came out in support of the Telugu star’s upcoming film ‘Dear Comrade’. The ‘KGF’ star not just made a grand appearance at the ‘Dear Comrade Music Festival’, but also delivered a dialogue from his superhit ‘Arjun Reddy’ that created fan frenzy at the event. The duo’s post bonding over ‘pasts, futures, conversations, laughs and ambitions’ was another one that went viral immediately.

Vijay might have got some extra headlines of late courtesy Shahid Kapoor’s stepping into 'Arjun Reddy' shoes for ‘Kabir Singh.’ While the Hindi version has followed its Telugu counterpart to be a big success, becoming the highest-grossing film of this year by earning over Rs 250 crore, Vijay too is gearing up for his next ‘Dear Comrade.’ The makers held a music festival for the film in Bengaluru and what could’ve been better than bringing one of most popular Kannada stars for it. 

Not only did the ‘Rocking Star’ receive a rapturous response on his entry, but the audiences also got their monies worth when Yash repeated a line from ‘Arjun Reddy’ in style.

On Saturday, the ‘Mahanati’ star then shared a snap with Yash, where they are both seen twinning in black. Vijay captioned the post, “Bonding over our pasts, our futures, conversations, laughs and ambitions ✊🤗.”
