Rajinikanth arrives in Coimbatore with wife Latha, greets fans post Jailer success | Watch

Rajinikanth has made a mark with his fans yet again with his latest outing Jailer. The actor has already announced his 171st film with Lokesh Kanagaraj tentatively titled Thaliavar 171. On September 17, the actor arrived at the Coimbatore airport along with his wife Latha. As soon as the actor arrived, fans went into a frenzy to catch a glimpse of him. A video of the same has surfaced online.

Fans scream ‘Thaliavar’ as Rajinikanth greets them 

On September 17, Rajinikanth delighted his fans at the Coimbatore airport. The actor was en route to the Jailer success meet held in Chennai. He was accompanied by his wife Latha when a crowd of people surrounded them.

Fans surrounded the actors and persuaded them for pictures and videos. They could also be heard screaming ‘Thaliavar’ as they greeted the Jailer star. From inside the airport, Rajnikanth posed with the flight crew and airport ground staff. The actor obliged the fans with pictures and patiently greeted them. Photos and videos from the same have been going viral on social media.

It was earlier announced that Rajinikanth will be teaming with Lokesh Kanagaraj. Now, Rajinikanth himself gave an update on the same during an interaction with the media. After being asked about Thalaivar 171, Rajinikanth said that the film will be coming out well but currently it’s time to wait and watch. He also said that he is currently working on his film with filmmaker TJ Gnanavel, tentatively titled Thalaivar 170. After the work on it is done, Rajinikanth will start working on his film with Lokesh Kanagaraj.
