Work front: Upcoming ventures

On the professional front, the actor was last seen in Radha Krishna Jagarlamudi’s drama Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. The Hindi period drama film was based on the life of Rani Lakshmi Bai. According to several reports, Ankita has bagged herself a Bollywood film. She will star alongside Shraddha Kapoor and Tiger Shroff in Baaghi 3. At the end of September, a trade analyst took to Twitter and shared the update. As per reports, Ankita Lokhande will play the role of Shraddha Kapoor in the third instalment of the Baaghi series. Directed by Ahmed Khan, the movie is slated to release on March 6, 2020. Baaghi 3 is produced under the banners of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and distributed by Fox Stars Studios.

Career: Previous work

The actor was also a part of the television reality show Jhalak Dikhla Ja season 4 and participated in a family comedy show Comedy Circus. Ankita was seen essaying the role of Pragya in a television mini-series Ek Thhi Naayka. The series was produced by Ekta Kapoor to promote her movie Ek Thi Daayan in 2013.
