Born to music director Sadar Malik, Abu Malik is the younger brother of  Anu Malik and Dabboo Malik. The musician is married and has two children, Aadar and Kasheesh Malik. The whole family is popular in the music industry for their singing prowess.

Abu Malik is a renowned music composer and a writer

Abu Malik is popularly known as the Maestro of live performances. Malik has worked as a music composer for movies like Tumko Na Bhoola Paayenge, Bad luck Govind, and Kismet Bole toh...? According to a media report, the actor has performed as a musician in around 10,000 shows around the world. Apart from music, Malik also has a flair for writing. He even has authored a book named Rantings of a Mad man. The musician, in an interview, revealed the book was a culmination of his Whatsapp conversations.
