Dance Plus 5: Western dance styles that were popularised by the dance show

Dance Plus has been one of the favourite Indian reality television show which is loved by everyone. It is produced by Frames production house. The series has been judged by several earlier best performance and continued to be judged by one of the best dancers of India. The new season i.e. season 5 has been started on November 9, 2019, and the show is hosted by Raghav Juyal. Judges are shows are as follows:

  • Super Judge: Remo D’sSouza
  • Other Judges: Dharmesh Yelande, Karishma Chavan, Punit Pathak, Suresh Mukund.

Contemporary:

A contemporary dance form is a form of dance that combines several genres like ballet, jazz and modern styles. Subroto and Sanchita performed on the song Khuda Jaane ke from the movie Bachna Aye Haseeno. They performed their dance in a contemporary manner with some amazing dance moves and stunts. The judges and audiences appreciated their performance to a great extent.

Salsa:

The basic Salsa dance rhythm consists of taking three steps for every four beats of music. The basic steps are called the 'on one styling' which is also called 'Los Angeles' style stating from this style the steps continue further with the beats of the songs. Dance Plus 5 judges and audiences are looking forward that the contestant may come up with some great innovations.

B-Boying:

Rupesh and Deepika performed the on the song Saaiyaan of Kailash Kher which was astounding entertainment and fun to watch. They use the hat as their prop and made the dance successful and Remo D’Souza the super judge has just loved the performances and said that they deserve the shows tag line which is undekha, unsuna and unbelievable.

Hip Hop:

Another group of strong and young girls who performed on the song Dola re Dola in the most unique way that anyone has ever pictured of thought of performing the dance. The group of those girls calls themselves as Eye Rock Crew. After the performance, the judges were amazed and applauded their performance.
