Prerna is bickering with a colleague about something when Anurag steps into the office. Prerna turns to welcome the boss with a garland and is shocked that their new boss is Anurag. She freezes and goes into a reminiscence of how they got married under unique circumstances. Anurag calls her out and she steps towards him with the garland. They have another moment of silence while their wedding day is seen in flashbacks. Prerna finally puts the garland on him, hands him a bouquet and welcomes him to which Anurag responds with a “Thank You”.
