Krystle D’souza opens up about Ekta Kapoor and her show Fittrat

Krystle D'souza recently revealed about her cameraderie with Ekta Kapoor in a recent interview. She also spoke about working on her new web series Fittrat.

Krystle D'souza is gearing up for her new web series Fittrat which will be streaming on the OTT platform, AltBalaji. She will be seen opposite Anushka Ranjan and Aditya Seal on the show. The actor has been receiving many accolades for her performance in the recently released trailer of the series. The show is directed by Santosh Singh. The plot revolves around a young woman who aspires for a lavish lifestyle and thus wishes to get married to a rich man. It is not a hidden fact that Krystle shares a lovely rapport with television czarina Ekta Kapoor. In a recent interview, she spoke about her relationship with the producer and her upcoming show.

Krystle D'souza called Ekta Kapoor as her inspiration

The actor revealed in the interview that Ekta was her first boss and will always remain her boss. She further went on to say that Ekta has been her boss, mentor, inspiration, friend and is now like a family to her. The Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai actor added that her relationship with the producer has evolved and she adores her from the bottom of her heart. She also spoke about the difference in working on a TV show and a web series. She said that in a daily soap, the actors get the script on the set but while working in a web series, the actor has some time to prepare and understand their character.

Krystle thought fans will call her character negative on the show Fittrat

Furthurmore, Krystle spoke about the whole experience while essaying the character of Tarini Bisht in the show, Fittrat. The actor revealed that she was a little hesitant while shooting for the series because her fans had a different perception about her. She was extremely self-conscious of whether people would accept her as a gold digger. She also added that she feared that people would interpret her character to be a negative one. But her director, Santosh told her to keep calm and go along with the project. Krystle also went on to say that she is overwhelmed that her fans have been loving and appreciating her performance on the show.
