While speaking to a news daily, Amrita revealed that Malaika has always supported her through tough times and vice versa. She revealed that when Malaika was going through her divorce, Amrita tried to make amends between the couple. Though it didn't work, she stated that she's glad she was in a position where she could her sister in such a testing time.
