Tejasswi Prakash’s Whatsapp hacked and used to make lewd video calls

Popular television actor Tejasswi Prakash’s Whatsapp account was hacked. The star was left disgusted and horrified as she learnt from her friends from the industry that the hacker used her account to make vulgar calls. Tejasswi spoke about the incident to a media website, she revealed where it all might've started.

Tejasswi Prakash's Whatsapp account gets hacked

While talking about the incident Tejasswi Prakash said that she was shooting a special episode in Mira Road and was surrounded by many people when she got a video call on her phone. She said that as soon as she answered the call, she saw a naked man and remembers being disgusted and shaken by the sight. She also stated that her friends and industry colleagues have received similar video calls from her phone.

While getting into the crux of the incident she said that the person who hacked her phone was talking to the people in her contact list in a very friendly way. He then shared a link with them and asked them to send the code that they received. As soon as her friends complied the hacker would video call them and the sight of him performing an ‘obnoxious act’ was seen. She further added that her friends from the industry, like Karishma Tanna and Tanya Sharma among others were shocked at the sight and called her to express their concern. She further added that the whole ordeal left her embarrassed. She said that the fellow actors called her as they are her friends, however, her image might get tainted in front of those who don’t know her might as closely.

She also stated that she is taking necessary actions to find out who the culprit is. It is reported that she called the cybercrime cell who told her to lodge a complaint with the nearest police station. She, however, added that since she had been shooting since 3 am she was unable to visit the police station, although she will be heading to the cops very soon. She further added that she found it strange that a few days back her Karn Sangini co-star Aashim Gulati’s Whatsapp was also hacked. She spoke to him and found out that his app isn’t working. She stated that she was shocked that the person behind the crime is still sending messages and making video calls.
