Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur, who welcomed their first child last week, have finally revealed the name of their son. The couple seeing the son as a boon, have named him Vardaan. Along with the name, Vikrant also shared an unseen photo. In the photo, the couple can be seen twinning in soft pink outfits, while also sharing a glimpse of their baby boy.

On Friday, February 23, Vikrant Massey took to his Instagram handle to share an adorable photo of his family. Along with the post, he wrote, "Nothing short of a blessing…We named him VARDAAN!!!" The 12th Fail star also shared a photo of a pillow that had Vardaan embroidered on it. The couple welcomed the baby on February 7. 

When Vikrant announced the arrival of their baby boy

On February 7, both Vikrant Massey and Sheetal Thakur in a joint Instagram post shared a note that read, “We are bursting with joy and love to announce the arrival of our son. Love, Sheetal and Vikrant.” The post also had the date written on it “07.02.2024.” It also had the drawing of a couple hand holding a baby's hand along with a baby pram.

Vikrant Massey has been in the news constantly for his amazing performance in the 2023 film 12th Fail. The film directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra is based on the life of IPS Manoj Sharma and his wife Shraddha. The Vikrant Massey starrer released alongside Tejas on October 27 and ran for over 100 days in theatres despite being available on Zee5 for streaming after a few weeks of its release at the box office. The film also stars Medha Shankr in the lead role.
