Aishwarya Rai and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan have been in the talks recently as they attended the 12th SIIMA Awards in Dubai. The actress bagged the Best Actress (Critics Choice) for her memorable performance in Mani Ratnam's magnum opus - Ponniyin Selvan 2 (2022) in Tamil. Amid her win, many photos and videos of their appearances made rounds on the internet whereas a new video of Aaradhya's greeting Shiva Rajkumar is garnering reactions.

A video of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s daughter Aaradhya touching the feet of Jailer fame Shiv Rajkumar has been circulating on Instagram. In the video, Aishwarya Rai can be seen holding her award and greeting Shiva Rajkumar with folded hands. The Guru actress further introduced her daughter to the Kannada superstar. Instead of shaking hands, Aaradhya smiles broadly and touches Shiva Rajkumar's feet. Shiva Rajkumar blesses her in return. The Jodha Akbar actress smiled on the sidelines seeing the duo.  

Netizens were impressed by Aaradhya's gesture, and the video quickly went viral. Fans of Aishwarya Rai commended her for instilling good values in her daughter. In her acceptance speech, Aishwarya Rai said, “Thank you so very much SIIMA for honouring me with this award. It means the world to me because this was a movie so close to my heart, Ponniyin Selvan, directed by my guru Mani Ratnam. Honouring my work as Nandini in Ponniyin Selvan is actually celebrating the work of the entire team.” As soon as the Action Replayy actress received her award, her daughter ran towards her with excitement.
