Alia Bhatt, Sobhita, Urmila Matondkar Lead Celeb Roll Call At Manish Malhotra's Diwali Bash

Alia Bhatt, Sobhita Dhulipala, Urmila Matondkar, and Kajol brought their A-game to Manish Malhotra's Diwali bash on Tuesday, October 22.

Ace fashion designer Manish Malhotra hosted a Diwali bash at his residence in Mumbai a week ahead of the festival. With this, the designer kicks off Bollywood's Diwali bash season. The bash saw numerous stars bringing their A-game. The list includes Alia Bhatt , Sobhita Dhulipala, Urmila Matondkar, Kajol and Genelia D'Souza-Riteish Deshmukh, among others.

Alia Bhatt re-wears her Mehendi lehenga

Designed Manish Malhotra, Alia re-wore her vibrant traditional ensemble at the star-studded party on Tuesday. Alia, who got married to Ranbir Kapoor in an intimate wedding ceremony in April 2022, celebrated mehendi ceremony in her personalised pink shade lehenga set. Inscribed through Kashmiri and Chikankari threads, the passionate 3000-hour intricate handwork of the Mijwan women celebrated her personality. At the bash, she was accompanied by her sister Shaheen Bhatt.

Who wore what at the bash?

Sobhita Dhulipala, who is busy with her pre-wedding ceremonies ahead of wedding to Naga Chaitanya, took some time out to attend Manish's Diwali bash. She wore a silk saree with violet blouse at the bash.

Then comes the diva of Bollywood - Triptii Dimri, Ananaya Panday, Sanya Malhotra and Kriti Sanon. While Ananya and Triptii twinned in white traditional ensembles, Sanya and Kriti stood out in black and yellow sarees.

Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi arrived at the bash with their respective rumoured boyfriends - Shikhar Pahariya and Vedang Raina. While Janhvi and Shikhar added a dash of colours to their black based ensembles, Khushi and Vedang twinned in all black traditional outfits.

The power couples of turned up with their better halves looking just ‘wow’. Genelia and Riteish, Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani; and Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal,, all donned traditional blingy outfits.

Veteran actresses Karimsa Kapoor, Urmila Matondkar and Shilpa Shetty came in a shade of blue- Urmila wore a blue sharara, Shilpa looked beautiful in a turquoise blue saree while Karisma arrived a violet saree.

This year Diwali will be celebrated on November 1.
