It is going to clash with the multi-starrer Singham Again on Diwali and both releases are expected to reign fireworks at the box office. The buzz surrounding Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 is steadily growing and audiences are expected to turn up in huge numbers to watch it on the big screens. But what's so exciting about it?

Vidya Balan returns

Vidya Balan said during Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 promotions that she rejected the offer to star in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which turned out to be a blockbuster. The actress starred alongside Akshay Kumar in Priyadarshan’s 2007 hit Bhool Bhulaiyaa, playing the role of Avni/Manjulika. 17 years later, she is back in the franchise and a lot is expected from her part. Interestingly, the iconic bed-lifting scene in the OG Bhool Bhulaiyaa has already been teased in the threequel. What Vidya brings to the film will be interesting to watch.

Madhuri joins the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise as Manjulika

Joining Vidya Balan is Madhuri Dixit as Manjulika. Their scenes together in the trailer have hinted that Rooh Baba (Kartik Aaryan) is in for double trouble.

Ami Je Tomar dance-off

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 will bring back the classic franchise track Ami Je Tomar, sung by Shreya Ghoshal. As revealed in the song video, Madhuri and Vidya will be matching steps. This sequence is said to be one of the most anticipated in the film. It could very well be the highlight of the movie.

Is Triptii the mystery character?

Triptii Dimri is one of the leads in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Her romantic scenes with Kartik Aaryan in the trailer and songs have generated excitement around the new Bollywood pair. However, the Animal star has been missing from the film promotions, indicating an effort on behalf of the makers to conceal the mystery around her character. Something similar was done by the makers when Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 was released and Tabu was kept away from the promotions. Turned out, she was the ghost in the movie. Fan theories floating on social media are suggesting that Triptii could be the real ghost in the horror comedy.

Rumours are afloat that Kiara Advani and Akshay Kumar will play cameo roles in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. Kartik intentionally slipping Kiara's name during film promotions hinted at something brewing behind the scenes.
