Bollywood Wary Of Paparazzi? Taking Cues From Kareena, Alia, Twinkle Khanna Stops Daughter Nitara From Getting Papped

Bollywood's struggle with paparazzi intrusion seems to have only just begun. Just a few weeks back, after an attack on Saif Ali Khan, his wife and actress Kareena Kapoor instructed the paparazzi members not to click pictures of their sons - Taimur and Jeh. Akshay Khanna's wife and former actress Twinkle Khanna seems to be following in her footsteps. In a new video, she could be seen advising her teen daughter to move away as the shutterbugs catch them departing from the Mumbai airport.

Twinkle Khanna moves daughter Nitara away from cameras at Mumbai airport 

On March 9, Twinkle Khanna was spotted at the Mumbai airport along with her daughter Nitara. Several paparazzi members and cameramen were stationed at the terminal to click on celebrities coming in and out of Mumbai, a common practice in the financial capital. While the former actress obliged the cameras with her photos, she was hesitant about her daughter Nitara being clicked.

In the video, she could be seen subtly signalling her 13-year-old daugther Nitara to move away from the cameras and take a different route. While she did not instruct anything to the cameramen, they seemed to have understood and focused only on the columnist. Later, the mother-daughter duo were spotted making their way inside the terminal.

Celebrity couple who have refrained from making their children exposed on social media 

Twinkle Khanna being wary of the paparazzi with her daugther is not an isolated incident. A week back, Alia Bhatt deleted all photos of her toddler daughter Raha from her Instagram account and since then has not been seen in public with her. Earlier, Kareena Kapoor requested the media personnel to not click pictures of her children.

Celebrities hiding the faces of their children on social media or public eye is not new. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli have maintained a strict policy against sharing the faces of their children Vamika and Akaay on social media. New parents Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh have also concealed the face of their daughter Dua. Varun Dhawan, Sonam Kapoor, Neha Dhupia and Shahid Kapoor are some of the other stars who have refrained from showing the faces of their children on social media. On the other hand, celebrities like Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia D'Souza are always seen with their sons in the public eye. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas have also shared photos of their daughter Malti Marie Chopra Jonas on social media. Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan have also not shied away from being seen with their daughter Aradhya Bachchan in paparazzi appearances.
