Kartik Aaryan's physical trainer, Tridev Pandey, took to his Instagram handle to share a montage, capturing the actor's unrelenting prep for Chandu Champion. The video commences with Kartik sitting with his hands in a bucket of ice as he winces in pain. The video then quick cuts to clips of him practicing his stance and indulging in intense gym sessions.

In his caption to the post, Pandey points out how while he had the privilege of watching Kartik give it his all when it came to his physical transformation, the actor has placed equal effort when it comes to his mental and emotional transformation. Excerpts from his caption read, "We all love watching a good film, but I had the unique opportunity to see the hard work that goes into playing a role of this caliber...His consistency and fiery determination have turned him from Chandu into a true Champion..."

What is next for Kartik Aaryan?

Chandu Champion will be releasing in theatres on June 14. The Kabir Khan helmed sports drama is based on the life of India's first Paralympic swimmer, Murlikant Petkar. The actor is currently shooting for Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 which is eyeing a Diwali release this year.
