Crazxy Vs Superboys Of Malegaon Box Office Collection: Both the Hindi films hit the big screens on February 28. The films opened to a decent collection and witnessed a slight growth on the first Saturday. However, both the films have been unable to deter competition from the Vicky Kaushal starrer Chhaava which continues to dominate the box office even in the second week of its theatrical run.

Crazxy registers slight growth at the box office on 1st Saturday

Sohum Shah has been basking in the success of the re-release of his film Tumbbad. The horror film got a new lease of life at the box office and earned over ₹30 crore, making it the highest-growing re-release. However, the same success was not translated to his recent release Crazxy.

The film opened to a decent ₹1 crore in India. On the subsequent day, Crazxy raked in ₹1.15 crore as per early estimates by Sacnilk. The two-day theatrical run of the movie stands at ₹2.15 Cr. The film is written and directed by Girish Kohli, and is produced by Sohum Shah, Mukesh Shah, Amita Shah, and Adesh Prasad, with Ankit Jain as co-producer.

Reema Kagti's directorial Superboys of Malegaon hit theatres on February 28. Written by Varun Grover, the Amazon MGM Studios original features a talented and versatile ensemble cast, including Adarsh Gourav, Vineet Kumar Singh, Shashank Arora, and Anuj Singh Duhan in lead roles. Superboys of Malegaon is a film based on the life of Nasir Shaikh, an amateur filmmaker from the town of Malegaon.

The movie opened on a lukewarm note minting only ₹0.5 crore. On the first Saturday, the drama added another ₹0.65 crore to its kitty, as per Sacnilk's early estimates. The film has now amassed a total of ₹1.15 crore. Produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, Zoya Akhtar, and Reema Kagti under the banner of Excel Entertainment and Tiger Baby Production, Superboys of Malegaon has already been screened at prestigious festivals, including the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF), the 68th BFI London Film Festival, the Palm Springs International Film Festival, and the Red Sea International Film Festival.
