However, few got concerned after seeing him injured in one photo.

In the leaked photos, Kartik Aaryan appears with a rugged look, featuring overgrown hair and a beard that has recently been a popular topic. In one image, he rides a Royal Enfield worth ₹1,60,000, with Sreeleela seated behind him. Another picture shows the actor with a wound on his hand. After the photos went viral, many expressed concern about his injury. One user commented, "I am excited for their films but hope he is safe." Another said, "Looks like he shot his action scenes on his own." A third user added, "I like their pair."

The photos also capture the actors being welcomed at a hotel and enjoying tea with others on the set.

Kartik Aaryan shooting for Aashiqui 3?

While the title of the film is yet to be announced, reports suggest it is a romantic musical. On 15 February, the makers unveiled the first look, featuring Kartik as a heartbroken singer and Sreeleela as his love interest.

Although netizens compared it to Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor's Aashiqui 2, the makers confirmed it has no connection to the Aashiqui franchise.
