Fighter: Siddharth Anand rubbishes rumours about Hrithik Roshan-Deepika Padukone starrer's run-time

Fighter is all set to hit the big screen on January 25. The aerial action movie stars Hrithik Roshan and Deepika Padukone in the lead role with Anil Kapoor playing a pivotal role. Ahead of the film’s release on January 25, director Siddharth Anand took to his social media account to clarify the movie’s run-time.
Siddharth Anand reveals Fighter run time
On December 31, Siddharth Anand took to his social media account to put rumours about Fighter’s run time to rest. The filmmaker took to his X (formerly Twitter) account, to clarify that the film’s run time is not as long as the reports suggested. For the unversed, media reports claimed that the Hrithik Roshan film has a run time of over 3 hours.
Taking to social media the filmmaker asserted, “#Fighter run time rumours. Real run time is under 2 hours 40 minutes.” Reports claimed that the film will release in 3D format. If true, it will be the first Hrithik Roshan film to release in 3D.
Siddharth Anand shares BTS clips from Fighter
On December 30, taking to Instagram, Siddharth Anand treated fans with stills from the Fighter outdoor sets. Sharing the pictures, he wrote, “#FighterBTS #fighteron25thjan #fighter.” As soon as the pictures were uploaded, fans and followers chimed in the comment section. One of the users wrote, "Fighter Movie Scale Is Huge." Another user commented, "Waiting for trailer.." "Looks fantastic..specially 2nd pic... eagerly waitn' n bravo Sid sir," another user commented. While the photos did not feature Hrithik Roshan or Deepika Padukone, it has raised curiosity among fans.
Talking about the film, Siddharth, director, and producer of the film, shared: “Fighter has been a labour of love and dedication. The teaser launch is an exciting prelude to the spectacle we aim to bring to the screen. It's just a fraction of the drama and intensity that the movie encapsulates.”
