The Main Atal Hoon team celebrated Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s 99th Birth Anniversary by visiting the Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee National Center of Excellence in Mumbai on Monday. Several photos are doing the rounds on the  Internet. In the photos, the team can be seen standing in front of former Prime Minister Atal Bihar Vajpayeeji's statue. The National Award-winning actor can be seen dressed in white traditional with a red coloured cloth.

Pankaj Tripathi shares the first song titled Desh Phele

To add more excitement for the film, OMG 2 actor Pankaj Tripathi shared the first song from the film on Instagram, Desh Phele, on the birth anniversary of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. The song takes you into the world of Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee, a poet who rewrote history. Sung by Jubin Nautiyal, the heartfelt lyrics are written by Manoj Muntashir and composed by Payal Dev.

In the caption, he wrote, "Duniya ke saare sukh peechhe, Mera #DeshPehle! Song out now! Main ATAL Hoon in cinemas 19th January 2023."

At the trailer launch of the film in Mumbai, the actor said, "In today's modern language it is called Emotional Quotient. Atal Ji had a very high emotional quotient. He used to write a poem every year on his birthday in December. "After reading so much about him, I realized why he wrote those poems and in what context. So I connect with this quality of his the most because I am also an emotional person. I can cry a lot without any reason."
