New Year 2024: Sunny Deol bids adieu to 2023 in Gadar 2 style

Sunny Deol has had a phenomenal 2023 with the massive success of Gadar 2. Sequel to the 2001 film Gadar: Ek Prem Katha the action flick scripted history by becoming one of the highest-grossing movies of all time. As the year came to an end, the lead actor in the movie took to his social media account to express his gratitude to the audience. 

Sunny Doel expresses gratitude for Gadar 2 

On December 31, New Year’s Eve, Sunny Deol took to his social media account to share glimpses of the past year. He shared the video showcasing the support the public gave her when Gadar 2 was released. The movie also included footage of him spending time with his family. 

Sharing the video the actor wrote, “Grateful for #2023. Looking forward to #2024. Years change, but one thing remains constant, Your Love #HappyNewYear #NYE2023 #yearender #reelsinstagram #reelsindia.” The actor also shared snippets of media articles highlighting the staggering box office achievements of the film. He shared glimpses of his time spent with the army jawans during the film promotion. The actor also included pictures from the Gadar 2 success party he hosted for the film fraternity. 

Sunny Deol extends New Year wishes to fans 

On January 1, Sunny Deol took to his Instagram to share a photo with his mother. He shared a series of photos with the caption, “❤️ Happy New Year ❤️”. Fans and followers of the actor took to the comment section to wish him luck for the coming year. 

In addition to Gadar 2, Sunny also found other reasons to make 2023 unique. His younger son Rajveer made his Bollywood debut with Dono, while his older son Karan got married. Besides this, in his family, his father and veteran actor Dharmendra’s performance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, captured everyone's hearts. The audience was also captivated by his younger brother Bobby Deol's mesmerizing portrayal of an antagonist in the Sandeep Reddy Vanga film Animal.
